For teams in regulated industries whose codebases must never see cloud AI — but whose developers still need AI-grade speed. Vibalos keeps prompts, clipboards, and screenshots on every individual Mac. Polished locally, searched locally, enriched with session context locally. Never a cloud.
The problem
Cloud AI is restricted internally (compliance, GDPR, EU AI Act). Internal LLM solutions can't keep up on UX. Devs end up working around the rules privately — and that's the risk nobody wants.
The solution
Vibalos sits in the menu bar, runs on Ollama or Apple Foundation Models, keeps every prompt and screenshot local. Auditable data flow, Ed25519-signed licenses, no telemetry, no accounts.
What ships in the Teams tier
Pre-launch — final terms get co-designed with the first pilot customers. This is the planned spec:
Multi-seat provisioning
Admin console for activating and deactivating licenses across your Mac fleet. Annual renewal, subscription-based. 5-25 seats standard, larger on request.
Compliance bundle
DPA template, ISO 27001 response pack, sub-processor list, data-flow PDF — all in place, not built only after purchase. Public preview: data flow diagram + trust page.
Source escrow with notary
Source code held by a German notary with clearly defined trigger conditions. Bus-factor-1 risk addressed structurally. Details in the continuity section.
Email support with 48h SLA
Solo dev, honestly. But: every request gets a reply within 48 hours, no helpdesk ticket carousel.
Pricing indication
Expected: €80-120 per seat per year, subscription, annual renewal.
Anchor: between 1Password Business (~€76/seat/year) and Tabnine Enterprise (~€468/seat/year). Closer to 1Password — privacy is the leading argument, not the AI argument.
